04 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bd11 bed offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳2,000, bringing the balance to ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, the user must wager 15 times the bonus amount — in the example above, that means completing ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds are not cash — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been completed.
• If an account is closed before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Misuse of bonuses or fraudulent activity may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• bd11 bed reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

4.3 Cashback Benefit

VIP members receive cashback based on their weekly net loss. Rates by tier: Bronze — up to 0.4%, Silver — up to 0.8%, Gold — up to 1.1%, Platinum — up to 1.5%. For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Validity of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If the market closes while placing a bet on a live event, that bet is automatically cancelled and refunded. If a technical issue makes the outcome of a bet uncertain, the decision of bd11 bed is final.

5.2 Odds Changes

bd11 bed reserves the right to change odds at any time in line with market conditions. Odds on confirmed bets do not change. bd11 bed reserves the right to void bets placed due to an odds error.

5.3 Fraud and Manipulation

Match fixing, software hacking, use of bots, or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

06 User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

By using the bd11 bed platform, the user agrees to comply with the following:

• Do not attempt to access another user's account or collect their information.
• Do not transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
